Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. You will take ownership of building and maintaining custom web applications and software platforms that power our business operations, while also contributing to cloud infrastructure, AI integration, internal tooling, and hands-on IT support for the team.

This is an ideal role for a developer who thrives in a small-team environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats — from writing production code and managing databases to integrating AI into software to helping a coworker troubleshoot a tech issue.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs with secure authentication, role-based access control, and third-party integrations (Stripe, external APIs, etc.).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, Secret Manager).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and automated deployment workflows via GitHub.
• Monitor production health, troubleshoot issues, and manage DNS, SSL, and hosting infrastructure.
• Set up and manage team project tracking and collaboration software.
• Provide general IT support to office staff — hardware, software, networking, and account troubleshooting.
• Take on additional software projects as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+, React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL.
• High proficiency with AI development tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and demonstrated ability to integrate AI/LLM APIs into software.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, RESTful API design, and web security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or equivalent cloud experience (AWS/Azure).
• Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments and command line workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills with patience to support non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.
• Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment API integration.
• Background in data migration, IT support, or systems administration.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar).
• Self-starter mentality comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $69,250.00 per year
