TW3 Entertainment (TW3) is an established entertainment development and production company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Los Angeles, California. TW3 primarily produces three distinct areas of entertainment: Motion Pictures ( live-action, animatio,n and AI Movies), Original streaming series, Virtual Reality, and Music (TW3 Music). We are currently in production, both in Florida and Los Angeles, producing one of the first AI motion pictures.

Role Description:

This is an on-site, contract-based role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Generative Artist with a background in film and video production to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on developing experimental films and interactive AI-driven narratives using cutting-edge generative tools.

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and generate visual content (images, scenes, storyboards, sequences) using generative AI models.
• Produce and edit AI-generated video pieces, including full demo sequences.
• Collaborate with directors, artists, and technical teams to develop innovative cinematic narratives.
• Explore and define visual styles, aesthetics, and storytelling approaches across projects.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI video, image, and animation technologies.
• Mandatory: At least one example of a fully AI-generated video demo (edited and presented as a complete piece).
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in film, video production, digital art, animation, VFX, or experimental cinema.
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and proficiency in Photoshop.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for image and video creation.
• Demonstrable portfolio including traditional and/or AI-driven projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ComfyUI workflows.
• Experience training and fine-tuning LoRAs or custom AI models.
• Background in post-production pipelines and advanced compositing.
